Employer branding should be a HR practice to retain and find talent, HR needs to develop employer branding strategies to improve the employee's satisfaction,, this will have a positive impact to achieve the general objectives of the Company by improving the individual performance. A solid plan using improvement tools will show that the HR functions are changing the organizational dynamic fot the best.
